Next, I met the crew. They arrived on time. The crew foreman Dwayne came to the door and introduced himself and indicated to me that if I had any concerns or questions to feel free to ask. The other foreman Pudie did the same. Both foremen were professional in their manner, had a great sense of humor, very efficient and were very apporochable. Immediately, I knew things were off to a good start. The crew worked very well together. Each crew member knew what their job was and executed it with diligence. They worked together like the different sections in an orchestra creating a masterpiece. They did their part to do not just a good job but the best job. Frequently, I watched them work and I was pleased to see all the steps they took to make sure the job was done right. No shortcuts were taken. Each member of the crew was polite and very capable. In the end, the job they completed was excellent. The inspector I hired to check their work rated their work better than excellent. For example, he was impressed with how straight the ridge caps were, the professional way the saddle was built around the chimney, the cleanliness of the job site and more! Hearing that made me happy and assured me I would have a roof that will last and protect the rest of my home for a long time.
Thanks to the owner Mr. Steve Sanderson for running your business with integrity, kindness, professionalism, and with the good old fashioned work ethic. In a way all businesses should be run.
